How it works
We begin with an inspection of the goods to be sold - paying close attention to age, condition, versatility and location of the goods in an effort to determine their potential value in the current market.
We work closely with sellers to establish objectives and exchange views on the particular factors present in each situation. Once the objectives are agreed to, we prepare a written proposal outlining financial options, fees, expeneses and marketing strategies. Upon acceptanc of our proposal we act decisively to implement the operating plan.
Depending on the goods to be sold - antiques, real estate, business assets or other items, we are able to structure a financial option to meet your needs:
· The commission action - provides a prompt, efficient means to a substantial return
· The guarantee minimum program for real estate - provides security plus an opportunity for additional participation in the success of the recovery program.
· The sealed bid offering - provides an alternative to the public auction when marketing assets in bulk
Fitzpatrick's also offers field appraisal services to establish fair market values and liquidation values for each asset recovery project. Depending on the option chosen, we then develop a comprehensive operating plan that includes strategies for:
· Advertising & Promotion
· Administration
· Asset inventory & Display
· Accounting & Reporting
