5pm SATURDAY DECEMBER 6TH TO 8PM MONDAY DECEMBER 8TH


Terms:

* All items sold " AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

* Units are sold with no keys

* Vehicles and its contents have not been inspected.

* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranteed.

*By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have not examined the items

*Please note there is 15% tax added to each bid amount.

* A $10 lien search fee added to each vehicle

*Payments accepted: credit/debit, cheque with bank letter of credit addressed to Fitzpatrick's Auction or cash at our office.

*Please note we do not ship items.

* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

*Payment due immediately following the auction

* A $10 vehicle lien search fee added to each vehicle

* All vehicles to be removed next business day after auction close of bidding except in the case of multi-vehicular sale where delivery can be extended up tp 7 days.

* All purchased vehicles must be towed or carried on flatbed from the City Municipal yard.

 *No bills of sale provided, receipt only.

 * $100 deposit required to bid
