*By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Please keep in mind a $300 or 16% buyer's premium and 15% sales tax will be added to each item.
*Payments accepted: Cash, Debit or credit at our office 9-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
*Please note we do not ship items.
* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of system failures.
* Please secure your bidding with a $500 refundable deposit to be made through our office by 4pm Friday December 12th
