Terms:
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. ( no keys )
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have not examined the items to their satisfaction, and that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* A $100 deposit is required prior to 4pm Friday June 2nd in order to have your bids accepted
* A $10 vehicle lien search fee is charged per vehicle to all successful bidders
* Payments accepted: EMT to auctioncenter@nfld.net (password auction), Credit card over the phone, certified cheque or Cash, Debit/Credit at our office 9-4:30 Monday-Friday.
* Please note we DO NOT ship items.
*We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
*Payment is to be made on Tuesday June 6th
* Delivery to be taken on Tuesday June 6th, except in the case of multi-vehiclular sale where pickup can be extended up to seven days
* All vehicles must be towed or carried on flatbed from the City Municipal Yard
* No Bills of Sales provided - receipt only
