* Please keep in mind a $10 lien check fee and15% sales tax will be added to each item.
*Payments accepted: Cash, Debit or credit at our office 9-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of system failures.
* Please secure your bidding with a $100 refundable deposit to be made through our office by 4pm Monday June 8th.
* All vehicles to be removed next business day after close of bidding except in the case of a multi-vehicular sale where delivery can be extended up to seven days.
* All vehicles must be towed or carried on flatbed from the City Municipal Yard.
